Hatha Yoga - Bracha Roy RYT200


The class is for all levels.   A mix of Hatha with flowing poses. Breath work is weaved throughout class to enhance relaxation. This class will help you grow stronger physically and mentally as you build flexibility.

About Bracha:

The moment Bracha realized she wanted yoga to be a part of her daily life was almost 12 years ago. During her first class, she discovered she could breathe without a fight! She knew she wanted to share this life-changing experience with everyone who’d let her. To that end, she started the certification process with YogaFit and is still on that journey. (This a journey that never ends - there’s always more to learn!)


She began teaching in 2011 in a manner that shares yoga’s relaxing and energizing qualities. The first classes she taught were in East Tawas, Mi at a local gym. For a brief period she taught at One Spirit Dance & Fitness a few years ago when she lived in Pinckney for short time. Then she went north again and branched out to teaching on the beautiful beach in Tawas City in the summer as well as privately and at Chiropractic Health Center.

Her teaching style is mix of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin. She works hard to watch the students who come to class and tailor class to their bodies. It’s a creative process that touches the mind, body and soul.


When she’s not in the yoga classroom she loves a good book, cooking healthy delicious meals and spending time with family and friends. Throw in a long walk on the beach and she’s an extra happy camper.
