About Sophie:  Certified fitness trainer since 1995. Collegiate athlete. Clinical background in orthopedics outpatient.  My background as a licensed clinician and certified fitness trainer give me the knowledge base to teach functional and corrective exercise to help you reach your fitness goals in a safe environment.  My educational studies are in the fields of exercise science and human anatomy.

TRX/KETTLEBELL CLASS - Call for Private Trainings


Born in the Navy SEALS, suspension training  bodyweight exercises develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously.  TRX is perfect and versatile for everyone; athletes, working moms and dads, rehabilitation, young and the old.  Learn how to recruit your core-we're not talking about the "six pack" abs.  Your core consists of your pelvis, back, chest, and abdominals.  The TRX allows you to train in multi-plane movements making you stronger and more flexible which will enhance performance in activities that you like to do..  Come in and try those funny looking straps that you see hanging in the gyms!










KETTLEBELL CLASS/ students will use a cast-iron-ball- shaped weight with a simple handle. - Call for Private Trainings


Kettlebell training can breath new life into your exercise routine!  It combines the benefits of resistance training and cardiovascular conditioning in one very powerful exercise called the "swing."  One of the biggest benefits of kettlebell training is that all of the exercises are essentially, TOTAL BODY EXERCISES.  The time efficiency of kettlebell training is another huge advantage, as you can get amazing workouts in a very short time period.
